Recipe #9: Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo from Ready, Set, Eat!

For a hearty and satisfying meal for the oh-so-hungry family, I would highly recommend this next recipe from Gooseberry Patch's Ready, Set, Eat!

This really is a great cookbook, I've enjoyed trying many of these new recipes and there are many more (literally hundreds!) that I'm excited about trying! It was hard to narrow it down to just 10! Without further ado, here is my 9th recipe!!!

Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo

2 tablespoons butter
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
12 oz. linguine pasta, cooked
10 oz. frozen broccoli, cooked
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Heat butter in skillet. Add chicken and cook until golden.

 Add soup, milk, pepper, cooked linguine, broccoli, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Heat through.

Sprinkle with remaining Parm cheese and serve with cheesy garlic bread and dinner is served in a jffy!
